"M-Ticket Car Jaune" application

You can buy a single ticket for the Alternéo, Car’Sud, Citalis and Kar’Ouest urban bus networks using the “M-Ticket Car Jaune” application

  • Log in with an email address and password
  • Once logged into your account, click on “Buy a ticket” and choose your ticket(s).
  • Accept the General Terms and Conditions to confirm your order, then pay by credit card by clicking on "PayBox".
  • Once your payment has been accepted, your ticket(s) will be added to your digital Wallet.

Activate the ticket on your smartphone as soon as you board a vehicle. Turn off NFC to make sure you can validate the M-Ticket.

A QR Code will appear on your phone screen counting down a 3-hour period during which you can travel as much as you like. To validate your ticket, scan the QR Code using the reader at the front of the vehicle.
